Main thing is the turn around time. It took 25 minutes to get checked in. I got there at 9:00 for 9:15 appointment and left around 11:40. I had a tire rotation and got new clasps on my mud flaps.

I must have been told my vehicle would be done “tomorrow” a dozen times. Every time I call he’s busy, one of the rudest comments I’ve ever heard out of a customer service employee “our tech is losing money on this as well” when I’m paying over 10 grand. Wildly insensitive. Awful experience all around.
