The whole process took a day. I called to make an appointment.. later that week I went to the place. Gave them the car keys and insurance and just left. They even offered me a ride home which I love and though I know other issues would take longer they got it back to be by the end of the day. They were also all very kind too

When I was checking out, the agent (unbeknownst to me) grabbed the wrong customer’s paper. That customer’s balance must have been zero because the agent asked if I had already paid. I confirmed that I had. When I let him know he was walking me to the wrong car, he realized he had the wrong paperwork. We walked back to the desk where he got the correct paperwork, and then he said “You almost got away with it. You owe $86.” I told him that I paid had gotten an express checkout text and had already paid. A female agent stepped in and took over for him, likely because she realized how inappropriate his accusation was.

I was completely satisfied with the service that was done. Not going to lie though. I was disappointed that my car did not receive a complimentary wash and vacuum. Especially after paying $1200 for the service I did receive. It only cost approximately $360 in December for maintenance in Arlington and they cleaned the car. Considering taking the 5 1/2 hour drive to get maintenance from now on.
