I had to talk to 3 different service people about concerns with my car, the 2nd of which thought it would need a diagnostic check. When the 3rd service person came to talk to me, he gave me incomplete or no answers at all. He would answer questions I didn’t ask, etc. my car only has 8704 miles, so I would expect comprehensible answers for what I am experiencing. For example, I am getting 23 miles to the gallon and all the 3 rd service person could tell me is that the car is trying to learn how I drive. (???) I asked for explanations or how long I should expect this and got no answer. I finally decided to just get my regular service and leave. I would think that a fairly new car would be of more concern to the dealership with the numerous problems I was having. I plan on going elsewhere.

I have had multiple bad experiences. I get my car home after warranty work to discover the bottom part of my windshield is cracked. Previously I scheduled service online and called to verify the service included and oil change. When I got to the coulter a few days later, the only thing that was completed was an alignment. I had to be very adamant to get them to change my out. At this point I am very dissatisfied with them service I have received thus far.

When you pay $824 to have a water pump installed by certified trained Toyota technicians. You should not have to come back the next day, to have the f****** clamps put on! I'm just happy that we didn't **** the motor but what's $16,000 installed to you guys?
