Dropped off Fri 6/12 at 8 am for recall and oil change/standard maintenance service. Picked up in the afternoon - didn’t get two blocks before oil pressure warning light turned on then a full cycle of ALL warning lights including check engine light, system malfunction, hybrid malfunction. Made a u turn back to the service area. Techs looked at the alarms, turned it off. Another tech turned it on and immediately saw the warning lights and said that the car should not sound like that and we will keep it off. Popped the hood, checked the oil and he said there was no oil! Techs pushed the car to the back to get checked. I stood by the advisors’ offices for 20 mins, watching the tech lay sand or whatever it is to absorb all the oil on the ground that was underneath the car and the trail as I drove in. I didn’t get to talk to my advisor until about 20 minutes and he made excuses saying he didn’t even know all of this was happening and that I was there. He walked off to find out what they were doing, came back saying they screwed up the oil change - oil filter ring was cranked too hard and was cracked so all the oil leaked out. I sat in the waiting area for another 15 minutes or so and he came back saying it was fixed and they cleaned all the oil out. And oh, just for laughs, management offered to fill up my tank on my next service for the “inconvenience”. This was not an inconvenience, it was DANGEROUS! I drove off and then popped the hood when I got to my driveway to see for myself. There was oil splashed all over the sides of the hood, windshield, the grate just under the windshield, under the car, on the splash guard and oil on my driveway. Called Erik immediately and drove the car back to the dealership. I showed Erik pictures of the parts we can see oil and he said they were going to have to do a car wash. What?! They couldn’t even be bothered to clean it thoroughly the first time?! I left the car there overnight and will now pick it up. I’ve asked for a full documented report of everything that happened - who knows what kind of engine or other parts were damaged because of the incompetence and lack of care that was done to my 1.5 year old car!

Second time: It would have been a good thing had the parts for the Toyota recall were there before I brought my car in. It would have saved me another day of coming in. I would like to know why I regularly got 50-59 mpg before the oil change and now het about 35 mpg. I have driven a Prius for 14 years.
