I was satisfied with the service but everytime toyota do anything to my tires I lose a hubcap lost 2 this time, the last time I mentioned to be mindful of the hubcaps and they put them back on tight this time I forgot and I ended up losing 2 hub caps Im coming in to get tune up and coolant exchange maybe you can give me so sort of discount being that I have to purchase more hubcaps this is not the 1st time this has happened I shouldn't have to mention anything at all they should automatically be doing and .making sure the hubcaps are on properly and tightly. How about a discount being had to buy new hubcaps????

I brought my truck back after Michele Smith contacted me regarding my concerns about the service. I was frustrated that the A/C had not been tested after the truck had been sitting in the sun, and I didn’t feel the explanation I initially received addressed the issue.

Our oil change was very quick and great service, easy to get to!
We spent $100 on an exterior detail 2 days prior, when we pulled in the car was spotless. We got it back 30 mins later with water marks all over every window and mirror on the vehicle. I was disappointed because we didn’t ask for the wash but it was done anyways and we will now have to get another car wash after we left. Everything else went great’
