We had an appointment for 11:00, we sat in the car and waited 45 minutes for a service advisor to come and talk to us and tell us that the person we had an appointment with had called in. That’s not our problem, that should’ve been taken care of before we got there and we shouldn’t have had to wait 45 minutes for someone to take our car back to the garage for an oil change. That’s why we schedule an appointment. They did give us a free car wash voucher, but they still need to work on their customer service in the service area because no one came to talk to us and let us know what was happening.

Mi experiencia con el mantenimiento de la guagua fue muy decepcionante. Me siento indignada porque el costo de la mano de obra resultó ser más alto que el propio mantenimiento realizado. Además, la información sobre el precio no fue transparente. Por teléfono me ofrecieron un costo, pero al llegar al establecimiento me informaron una cantidad diferente y más alta.
Considero que los clientes merecen recibir información clara y precisa desde el principio para evitar malentendidos y gastos inesperados. La falta de consistencia en los precios afecta la confianza y la satisfacción del cliente. Espero que mejoren la comunicación y la transparencia en sus servicios para evitar que otras personas pasen por la misma situación.

Service was completed to fix the recall. I sat there for over 3 hours, which is what I was told. However, there was very little communication as to the progress or status. After waiting a couple of hours, I checked and was told it would be about 10 more minutes but 40 minutes later I had to go check again.
Also, I called in April before my service to say I got the recall. I was told it would be done. When I brought the car in April 9, I was told they had to order the parts…that’s why I had called more than a week prior to my appt. There was no follow-up from Right Toyota to let me know the parts were in. I finally called in June and had the work done.

When I scheduled an appointment ahead of time the employees seem to all be hanging out not in work mode but I got checked in right away, as a result waited along time…..
but then employees get distracted watching the World Cup on the TV in the lobby no urgency of being efficient and quickly just for an oil change on a Thursday at 11am and there’s only 5 cars ahead of me and assisting the customer in a timely manner is an area of improvement but at the computer desk staff are very nice and friendly
