Tim was great, did a solid job. The whole “service advisor” system is terrible though. Every time I’ve been in for service at Right, I end up sitting and waiting in line for a junior employee to come greet me, then wait again for the service advisor, who then asks me what services I need. I filled out the form when I scheduled the appointment with the exact details of what I need. It seems like I should be able to walk in and drop my keys and not have to wait for anything. It’s usually not a big deal but today I had somewhere to be and I was made late waiting for the various people to go through the rigamarole. Painful service experience waiting every time.

I brought my Toyota Avalon in at 8 am for 70,000 mile checkup. 6 hours later at 2 pm my car was done. This is unacceptable. I did not want courtesy shuttle ad I never expected to be sitting there for 6 hours. We have always bought our Toyotas at Right Toyota and brought them there for service for service. Today’s experience was not acceptable. The car had 2 new tires and an alignment as well as the 70, 000 Mike checkup. When an appointment is made for 8 am. I assumed that my car would have been finished in a more timely fashion.

It took two hours to get my car which was in for a simple oil change and cabin air filter replacement. How I was told to eye was an error related to the oil replacement which resulted in an oil spill under the hood, the car was then returned to clean up and hopefully the oil was replaced. The solution used yo clean up the oil spill gave me a bad headache. I am very dissapointed in the quality of your service.

I hope you’re well. I leased a 2021 Toyota Tundra and purchased the Car Doc package along with it. While my lease contract ended after five years, the Car Doc coverage began only after the third year. As a result, I still have seven remaining services that I haven’t used. I’d appreciate your help in clarifying how I can still utilize those services, even though the lease term has ended.

Soy muy cuidadoso con los mantenimientos de mis vehículos. La RAV4 tenía un sticker donde indicaba que le tocaba su mantenimiento. Lleve la guagua y no le cambiaron el aceite y filtro pq según ellos es a las 12000 millas y la guagua tiene 10k esto me complica pq tengo q sacar más tiempo de mi trabajo para llevarla. Siempre he entendido que en el sticker aparece una fecha y un millaje y q siempre se atiende lo primero q llegue es uno o el otro. Me fui desilusionado totalmente.
