There was a lack of communication. My car was in the shop Monday thru Friday and I had to call to get an update on Friday. They couldn’t find the problem, so they cleared the codes and said maybe it was the spark plugs. Also, when a car is in the shop for work that is under warranty, whether it was done or couldn’t be diagnosed, I shouldn’t have been charged for the rental car either time. It’s a poor practice to charge for diagnoses or rentals when a newly purchased car from your dealership has problems that arise can’t be figured out. Even the German auto shop I took my car to didn’t charge me for diagnostics.

l brought in my Corolla for a noise issue l will say it runs better now but the noise l brought it in for is still there. Instead of explaining to a customer service person what the problem is, why can't a person just show it to a real mechanic so they know for sure what l'm asking for? l should of known, live and learn, fool me once nothing but oil changes from now on, so far they haven't screwed that up
