No me resolvieron mi problema ni verificaron el vehículo ya que no me informaron al hacer cita que mi vehículo estaría 6 horas en servicio y no fui preparado para dejarlo, al ser de un pueblo lejano no podía regresar a mi casa. También tenía planificado tasación del vehículo para cambiar por uno nuevo y tampoco se hizo. Mi vehículo presenta problema de ruido en el volante. Mal servicio al cliente.
