I came in for routine service and was sold several items presented as “standard Toyota procedure” — including a fuel injection / mass air flow service and a four-wheel alignment — that aren’t in the factory maintenance schedule for my mileage (~12,000 miles). My own inspection report showed healthy brakes and even tire wear, which didn’t support the recommendations. I’ve emailed requesting a refund for the unwarranted services and am hoping to resolve it directly. I’d appreciate the service manager reaching out.

You broke my car. Tires were rotated and they are different sizes and should never be rotated. I called immediately when I figured it out and no response. I expect everything to be repaired as if the mistake never happened
