I scheduled my appointment with Ryan Engleman because I had good experiences with him in the past. However, throughout this time, he never interacted with me in person at any point during the service process. Additionally, while I was waiting with my vehicle, I found him assisting another customer who arrived after me. Finally, Chuck came to me, but his attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. It was disappointing compared to my past experiences.
Except service advisors, other staff members were courteous and helpful.

Adrian was fine, he was sweet and professional. No complaints about him. However, the service in general though! I feel like I should not be waiting three hours for a routine maintenance, top off fluid, rotate tires in a damn oil change should not take three hours. This has happened every single time that I come in here and I would not come in here if I did not have a warranty.

While driving across country with my family the window on the back hatch to my 2015 Sequoia can loose and we had no where to turn. We had made it from Alabama to Oklahoma and knew our longest stop would be in Las Vegas. So, I called the Toyota dealership and was introduced to Dan who will forever be our savior for making this trip memorable and not a disaster. When we arrived in Las Vegas Dan was quick to assure me that we had found the best. We dropped the Sequoia off and were in a loaner in no time. All time to spend with the family was saved. Dan worked tirelessly trying to find the part to fix the window but was unable due to a national back order of the part. However, he did not stop there. He worked with his mechanics to ensure we wouldn’t be let down. He gave us several options for a fix to get us back on the road and back to Alabama safely. With the window secured we were able to make the next 3000 miles of our trip with confidence. I cannot thank Dan and the people of Las Vegas Toyota enough. You will forever be our family and we are grateful for all that you do. You truly are the best and we are grateful to have met you all. For those of you who were working behind the scenes that we did not get to thank, we are grateful for you too. Thank you for being the shining light of the automotive industry and for reminding us that there is a family in the Toyota brand. With our deepest gratitude we are safely back home in Alabama. I’ve tried 3 times to enter my experience but my comments won’t save. This was the worst dealership experience in my life!!
