People are super nice Ashley always help me out with any questions I have and any thing she might not know she makes sure I talk to a service manager or service tech. The parts department is great as well top quality parts with very competitive prices and knowledge.

I would prefer the technicians return my dash to the display it was when I arrived. This time the display was a picture of the pressure of all four tires. It usually takes me awhile to find the right buttons to return to my original display. I am not too good at this. Thank you

Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with the assistance I received. Toyota owed me this service, and I tried several times to explain the situation to the representative who was helping me. However, I felt that he was unwilling to listen to or understand my concerns. I also found his attitude to be dismissive and, at times, rude.
I say this respectfully, but I believe additional customer service training and a stronger focus on communication and understanding would greatly benefit him in future interactions with customers. Every customer deserves to be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism.
I appreciate your willingness to address customer concerns, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future.

I brought my vehicle for maintenance and to verify the Powerlift door problem that I have been struggling with. They provided the oil change and tire rotation under a prepaid maintenance I have, and they only provided a document with the estimate cost for the replacement of the 2 struts that the powerlift door needed. Did not provide a resolution or next course of action to the problem that my vehicle has, and that is supposed to be covered under my extended warranty. I have been having this issue with the rear power lift door about a yer after purchasing the vechicle. There should be a team that could be more diligent in helping customers who have purchased warranty to get our problems solved when we have to place a claim. I had to call about 10 times trying to get a service coordinator to help me figure out how to get my vehicle serviced under the warranty. Finally Deed, I believe is her name, was able to help me coordinating the parts and scheduling an appointment. She did a great job helping me out with the appointment. As a longstanding Toyota Motor customer (owned 4 toyota vehicles so far), it is very important that when customers need to schedule service under warranty that we paid for, we ge get the service we need, otherwise, we fill scammed when we are sold the warranty packages. I hope I can get this problem fixed asap since it is very frustrating not being able to close the rear power lift door, especially during the winter.
