Unfortunately, this is the first time I’ve ever been dissatisfied with a service being done on my vehicle. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I first got there. Everyone was standing around and we had to get someone’s attention. We were a little early so that we could have something looked at. They said they would take it right back. We were there almost 2 hours just to get the tires rotated. There were no clean precautions such as paper mats put down in my vehicle. I found two rub marks on the back of my vehicle that cannot come off. Needless to say my vehicle is new. Then I asked for a tech to explain to me how to do something with my phone connection to the car and they did it all themselves and didn’t even show me what they did. I will definitely be having my car serviced somewhere else. When checking out the cashier didn’t even look up or acknowledge me in anyway. Customer service is terrible there. Highly disappointed!

person who changed oil left oiley hand prints on inside door handle. the door handles are fabric and they were black with oil. thought you might want to know they should be more careful.
