I had an appointment at 11... I was told it would be an hour for my oil change. I still hadn’t received a call by 1p. I arrived at the shop and my car was sitting there done. This is the second time it’s taken way to long for service. Why set up appointments if they aren’t going to get done when promised.

They told me my car would only be there for 1 day and it ended up being 3 days and no one called to update me on my car I had to call to see where my car was. Then they told me I had to pay for a rental and I said no because you guys should be paying for it when you are the ones who messed up my car and you guys can’t even fix your own mistakes. Then they order the wrong part to my car and don’t even tell me until the 3rd day when I CALLED to ask where my car was. I have to keep going back & forth because you guys don’t know how to do your job making me waste my gas. Yet they can’t even fill up my tank when I have to keep going back & forth because of their mistakes. NEVER recommending anyone here.
