I was lied to. I was told before i purchased my minivan the issues i pointed out to salesman where going to get fixed and they weren't. You guys say whatever the customer wants to hear in order to make a sale. I am very disappointed with Kia and i will never recommend to anyone.

Everything was fine but I had a 10:30 AM appointment and waited 2 1/2 hours for an oril change and a tire rotation it was not the guys fault at the desk but what was the point of having an appointment when walk-ins went in front of me.
