Russell hardly said anything to me during the entire process. When I came to get my car he just handed me the keys and I had to ask him what was done to my car or if the recall effected my car. He probably said 8 words to me between my drop off and pick up which made me uncomfortable. I won't be coming back to do any business or have any repairs there again.

Arrangements had been made over the phone to leave my keys and paperwork with the service dept. Upon arrival there was no record of my keys or papers. Thankfully I brought my spare key otherwise I would be making another trip from Thomaston in the next few days unnecessarily. If at all possible please have someone deliver my keys at my home address on file sometime next week. Thank you.
