Had a 730am appt but waited until 1045am for a simple diagnostic. No work done. Last time my husband walked out because it took so long for a simple oil change. They never even pulled the car back an hour and a half after appt time. Waaaayyy too slow.

From my first phone call to make the appointment to have my car looked at, through the check in process everyone was cordial direct and upfront. I was very pleased with the timely matter in which they diagnose my problems with my car. I had previously taken my car to the Kia Kia dealership in Cary. Where the Carrie dealer said I needed $5000 worth of work including replacing my catalytic converter, which had nothing wrong with it and holding my car more or less hostage for 10 days. University Kia was a breeze, they were professional they did great work and I intend to take my car there from now forward even though it is almost an hours drive away from my home. University Kia is a truly great team both in their abilities and their customer service.
