I'm just unhappy with the car. Service of this vehicle seems to be pricey for a car with less than 25,000 miles on it. Some of the repairs, I feel should have been covered by kia, because it had nothing to do on my part of driving the vehicle. Example, when the car leaked water from under the dashboard into the car and then after it was "fixed", I was told "I" had to purchase a vac to dry the inside interior. Why didn't Kia dry my vehicle on the inside?

Daniel was great. I arrived early to drop off my car before the place opened. I had not done this before and was unsure where the drop off box was. Daniel pulled into the lot asked if he could help me. He then explained where the drop off box was then he took my keys and said he would take care of things. Upon my return everything was complete. The service I received was great. The representatives were great. My only complaint is the wait. I was there over 2 hours just for an oil change. Since you schedule an appointment, I thing you should change your process to accommodate this kind of service. I have never had to wait so long for this service.
