The service department is great. I didn’t like a car sales person calling me when I got home to see if I wanted to trade my car in.

I feel like I’m being talked to like I know nothing about my vehicle. I asked about my breaks and rotors at my last visit in April and was told they were in tip top shape now I need rear brakes and rotors immediately and they can wear and tear over a few months. I drove to and from NY last year before I brought it in April. That’s unbelievable when this vehicle is barely driven 6 miles daily. Then quoted $450 like people have that kind of money at a drop to spend. When I questioned why wasn’t my brake pads addressed at my last visit I was brushed off. I’ll take it somewhere else for a second opinion. The service department is starting to be a money grab at this point. My vehicle has been well taken care of and has only needed minor things taken care of over 3 years. This is my 3rd vehicle from this location. I’m not happy with the service department at all. I do not need a call.

My car sat at the dealership for a week with no loaner or no other car to get me back-and-forth to work. Then I talk to the general manager and he pacifically told me it’s not his fault that I can’t afford a rental. I work in a car dealership and I never heard no general manager speak to a customer like that I will report this to Kia.
