This is the second time I came in to have my car serviced because of a recall. This is the second time that I came in on my scheduled appointment, and the part was NOT in. The service department could have been a little more understanding about my frustration and maybe even apologize. I took two days off of work to bring my car in, and the lack of responsibility was very disappointing. I would think that you know when an appointment is scheduled, you would check to make sure that the part is in and if it’s NOT, you would CALL YOUR customer and tell them it’s not in and TO RE-SCHEDULE! So they don’t keep wasting their time.

Nathan is great, and the service department has been wonderful in working around my work schedule. Even if it's been a hassle on their end, I've never known it. I can't promise that I will always use your service department, but if I ever run into another situation where I have to go to a dealership service center, you'll get first shot.

I waited almost 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After waiting almost two hours I had to go check on the vehicle and found out it was sitting in the garage when I asked about it being done the guy said let me go find the paperwork on it when he had it at the counter. The car was not washed or vacuumed I know this is a kia standard with any service and wasnt done. I have noticed over the last couple of time I have had my vehicle in there the service hasn't been good. I hope you'll work to get a better and friendlier service department.
