Very good got job done fast will always come back here for anything Kia and I live 2 hours away and make the drive because the local Kia dealer is paramount Kia had this car 7 weeks and never touched and done nothing but lie to me went and got car took to life time had a answer in a few days and car is fixed I own a towing company and I refer all my Kia people to take there car to lifetime over paramount much better place to deal with lifetime Kia is the way to go

There has been employee turnover at Kia of Abilene and the service is not as good. During previous experiences I was always blown away by how friendly the employees were. They would walk me through the multipoint inspection, show me the filters and discuss what needed to be done. Not this time, I had to ask if everything was ok with the car and I was never shown the filters. I wish the other guys would come back.
