Invoice # 207116 I had a few questions left over from when I left. The invoice indicates tire rotation. The wheels have locking lug nuts. I do not see where they put the lug nut key after they were done. Also, we purchased the service to wipe down the interior. I fully expected the windows to also be wiped down, especially the rear window. You can see from thepicture, it wasn't touched. I not really confident any of the windows were wiped. There were other spots missed too. And finally, whatever chemical they used has left a really bad smell. It is like musty but much worse. I really feel that the car needs to be detailed more thoroughly. Please advise on this possibility. Thank you

The crew was excellent. They allowed me to leave the car in the morning took it when they were ready to service it I was pleased with everything they did and I got it back at 4 o’clock and the total bill was $47.50. You can’t beat this for service and expense. Charles L

My husband left the 2005 to get the fuel injectors don. He picked up the next day. On Saturday my husband was checking the fluids when noticed the cover for the motor was of. They forgot to put it back on the car. My husband and I were furious knowing that we tooling are car several times before and had good service. They are suppose to be professional certified technicians. We have taken are car to the Hyundai dealer several times and each time we’ll over $900 dollars. My husband return to the Hyundai dealer on Monday so he can explain to Paul about the situation that happen. Paul went back to find the cover to the motor and didn’t get the screws. We very surprised of the service and upset.

I can't say enough about how special I feel when I bring my Veloster in. Paul always goes out of his way for me. They take excellent care of my car. I have to admit, in the past,I have never had good experiences with dealerships service. I sold my bmw because I did not get the 5 star service that they claim to offer. It made me not want to get my car serviced. Paul is one of the best people working there. I no longer worry if my car is going to come back worse than when I dropped it off. And I mean like handprints, unusual marks, etc. Thank you for taking care of my car.
