My experience was not great. I did not receive the kind of service that I am used to getting at Kia of Bedford. I was very disappointed with the person helping me.

They where supposed to do a complementary wash and when I receive the car back it was dirty all over. It had the rims dirty, the hood was dirty and even the interiors of the car were dirty. Call back yesterday to speak with Scott and left a message and never heard back from him.
