I can't believe it take almost 6 hours to obtain service. I had to use a vacation day at KIA! Plus, adding charges when you've been waiting for 3 hours, you are a hostage @ this is the 3rd time this has happened. What is a consumer supposed to do? Feeling bamboozled! ?

I spent well over $600 in your service department today on my vehicle. Which included a complete tire rotation and balancing. My car was returned to me with a low tire pressure sensor showing on my dashboard. This was not showing when I brought it in so I brought it to someone’s attention it was dealt with right away but it shouldn’t of been returned to me that way. Also the young man who brought me my car apologized that it hadn’t been washed. Not a big deal but considering what I spent today.

My dissatisfaction was not with Eric Livingston so he does not need to follow up with me. I would prefer a call from the store manager because my disappointing is about your process, which did not set my expectations before my visit--again.
