I went in for an oil change today and in less than 12 hours my car is leaking oil and leaving stains in my garage. This is the SECOND time this has happened at this location. I was actually in last month for the same issue and they fixed and said that the crush washer was pinched or not sealed correctly from the previous oil change. At this point, I am COMPLETELY dissatisfied and will love to speak to someone on how this issue can be resolved.

I have been with KOB for almost 5 years now and I plan to get another vehicle from KOB which will be vehicle number 3.
