I was so surprised to see how professional evey thing was. Anthony took my car in upon arrival. He also gave option for a snack. It was a pleasant surprise. Coffee, etc was available. I have taken my car to spitzer Kia for the same issue I brought it into your dealership for, for approximately a year-and-a-half having to get a loaner car only to have the reoccurring problem not resolved.
