Eric has always been a big help, fast friendly and professional. He's the reason I come back to KOB for any service I need. It would be nice however if KIA would cover the cost of my defective headlamp assembly's. Very dangerous to drive the car at night as the headlight hardly project light on the road. (Factory HID housings with the projector bowl burnt)

I brought my car in 9:00 AM on the day I thought I had set up for my appointment online. I made a mistake online. However they took the car in for oil change and tire rotation. I received an email at 9:30 telling me it was being taken care of. I did not hear from anyone else all day. Imagine my dismay when I came in at 4:30 PM to find out that the service had not been done and they were just starting it! That is not acceptable no matter what I did wrong on the online appointment page. I used a coupon for the oil change and tire rotation. A week later I received another coupon in the mail for the same thing but for $30 less! I will not be returning for my service there.
