I am always so confident with the Valley Hi Kia staff, always professional and helpful. Especially the sevice department. The young man Andy Pattetson in the service department is always helpful and explains what is recommeded. KIA is a great car, but the staff and service department is why I continue to purchase these cars.

Eric was amazing!!!! He went above and beyond to make my visit great. I was having a really bad day but after being greeted with such kindness I felt better. Not only was he kind but he was very friendly and informative. He answered every question I had and was the most pleasant service rep I have actually encountered in a long time.
