Is always a complicated feeling going to your shop every time my car request it or needs it. Your agents do their job very well, but are always trying to push “recommended” needs as if they are urgent. Making stuff confusing and complicated. I understand cars need a lot of maintenance. But every time I go the cost is more and more and it’s not tariffs but unnecessary suggestions that are communicated as needs…is the way sale approach is lacking tactic. I do have to say Miguel Cabrera is the only agent that promotes integrity, he was off yesterday when I went. Is unfortunate that others agents can’t see when we as customers are regulars and don’t need to push sales so eagerly and tactic less. This behavior will make you lose customers over time. I was please with the services I got, but I was left with a bad taste again from your agents tactics of pushing more than needed. I will have to make sure I only go to you guys when Miguel is there, if not you will for sure lose me as a customer, because your other agents are not trustable ( I had several over the years)
