I have Bluetooth and USP connectivity issues. None was resolved because you couldn’t replicate it. Even more frustrating is the inability to permanently turn off Forward Safety. You can only turn it off after your first start the car. It will automatically come back on again when you turn the car off and then turn it back on again. The reason this is frustrating cause one time it came on and then ABS automatically engaged because the smart car thought it was gonna get into a collision, but I wasn’t and when the ABS came on it and locked my brakes and I almost got rear ended. NOT good. Definitely a safety hazard for me and I’m a professional driver. I’m going to take further action.

I had an appointment at 8:45 to get my oil changed.i was on time and she told me it would take 2hrs to complete the service. So I took the shuttle home. And was told she'd call me when it's done. So I'm expecting a call around 11- 11:30, perfect I call still make my 12:30 DR appointment. At 12 I started calling her and talked to everyone but her they all said they'd have her call me to right back, she's at lunch or stepped out, she's with another customer. I finally talked to her at 3:45 after about 20 attempts. Missed my Dr appointment now rescheduled for August 20th. So at the end of the day I was pretty frustrated. People without appointments should have to wait longer then people that make appointments. Randy D

The website needs some work: Simplify the appointment scheduling and allow for entering text to explain why appointment is necessary. This way all issues can be listed ahead of time. On the phone or in person, it is too easy to forget something.

Called service line before taking vehicle for maintenance, asked representative to hold off tire rotation/alignment from the list, Jesse herrera stated it was not on the note. I was not the one that dropped off the car, I was not able to confirm. I trusted that what I said or my message will be relayed to Jesse but it was not, costing me more than I budgeted for the service.
