The monitor is still not working right. Also the date and time was for New York, they didn’t even do that right. Monitor needs to be replaced not reset. This is the second time l have come in about the monitor and it’s still not working right. I have sat their for several hours each time, l am beyond mad!

There was a lack of communication from John B. which caused frustration. I checked in for my car appointment at 8:15am, and he told me that it would take about 5 hours for my 60,000 mile routine checkup. That means it would be ready around 1:15pm. He did say it should be 2:30pm at the latest. So I walked home and waited. 2:30pm passed with no communication. At 3:15pm, I was pretty frustrated, so I called the service center and left a message. About a minute later, I finally received a message saying I needed to approve/disapprove of an additional charge for an extra service. After clicking disapprove, John B. messaged me at 3:30pm saying he apologized for the lack of communication and that my car should be ready soon. I walked over to the Toyota service center from my apartment and arrived at 4:30pm. I spoke with a different worker and he told me John B. had apparently gone home for the day. He checked on my car and it still wasn't ready, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. After paying, it was already 5:00pm, which made me late for an important meeting. It is absolutely ridiculous for a scheduled car appointment at 8:15am where I was told it would be "2:30 at the latest," to end at 5:00pm. There definitely needs to be better communication and if someone has an appointment that early in the morning, it should take priority over walk-ins.

Service department said they did not have enough technicians to diagnose a rattling noise coming from the exhaust. For me to reschedule for a later date to see if they would have a technician available. It’s nonsense when your car has a noise out of the ordinary and the service department tells you they don’t have enough technicians to diagnose. So what’s a loyal Ford customer supposed to do, wait till it the issue becomes greater. Not satisfied with the service. Plus I took it in for service and I didn’t even get a wash on my SUV.
