This was my third visit to the Norm Reeves Subaru in Rockwall and every time it has been because I received a coupon in the mail. The first visit was for an oil change, the second was for a new set of tires, and this last visit was for engine and cabin air filter replacement, which had been recommended at my initial visit. The staff has always acknowledges me as soon as I arrive, which is big for me, and always seem to value my time, another plus. Jesús has been the tech that has been my main point of contact at every visit and he has always been very attentive, courteous, and professional. The service took much longer than was anticipated. It was stated it would take 1.5 to 2 hours and it took almost 3 hours to finish. They did not confirm my contact number to check if I would receive updates. My husband’s phone was getting the updates instead. The oil life notification was not reset after the service. I was waiting at Hyundai and they did not come tell me my car was done. I had to go inquire. Finally, my car was not washed. I was given a car wash ticket. I was expecting better service. This survey was sent to my husband, not me.

You guys never rotate my tires every time I’m there. I bought the service with 5 tire rotation but been there 4 times so far and my tires were never rotate. No wonder that is why my front tire are always worn out because tires weren’t rotate as it supposed to.

This service would probably be my last at this location. I planned to have a major fix to be done on my car and to safely drive it after from the dealership. However, I wasn’t informed on major things that should have been mentioned such as adding gas to a replaced fuel tank for the car to work fine. In regards to the service to my car, the cars new parts (the fuel tank in particular) wasn’t secure enough and fixed properly to the point where my car wasn’t drivable the following day and I had to get it towed again and back to the dealership to get it fixed, again. I would believe that the team members would want the best interest for their customers and to make sure that their cars are safe to drive after as well as let their customers know exactly what was changed and how it was changed not only by paper but face to face.
