I’ve taken my Toyota Camry to Norm Reeves Toyota for many years! The last few experiences have been subpar. My last visit 7/8/2025 was fast but the service manager didn't even go over the specs all he told me is I needed two new front tires. Was already charging me and I had to ask, how are the filters? Are you going to honor the coupon (that I showed him when I got there) he said yes, but then I questioned if all the items on the coupon were done and he said oh sorry we can’t honor that part of it. That was fine but the lack of attention to what the customer is asking is disappointing.
My previous visit (different service manager) I had to call several times for him to order the part to fix my trunk. He finally said he ordered the part and a year later he has yet to call and let me know the part is in to schedule the repair.
The staff before just used to be so much more courteous and just left me wondering if I should just go elsewhere.
