Better train staff taking servuce dept calls! They said nechanics could liosen my oil drain plug since it was over tighten on my last visit in 12/2024. They should of transferred me to tge service dept!!
My service rep was adament that they torque to 7lbs i think but i could not loosen ir with wrench, rachet or tapping rachet. I never had an oil draim plug i coyld not loosen. Plys did not get info on 10 point inspection.
He was able to offer me small dicount.
Overall i was dissapointed

Initial contact was ok, but very little communication from Ram other than they'll get it done, go wait in the waiting area, and he'd call me when it was done. Told me it would be about an hour or sooner. About an hour later I noticed my car was pulled into the customer parking area. I waited for a call or notification it was done, but received nothing. About 25 minutes passed and I finally went to another advisor to see what was happening since I couldn't find Ram. He looked up my information and told me Ram was not there and was in a meeting. (Would have been nice to know.) He said he would help me after another customer. He finally finished my transaction and told me to wait outside so they could pull my car up. I waited outside for almost 10 minutes while my car was parked 20 feet away from me. It seems the porters were too busy talking personal business to get my car for me. They finally got my key and I walked to my car myself to leave. It's ridiculous I had to wait an additional 40 minutes at the dealership because of the lack of communication of this supposed advisor meeting and the definite lack of urgency by the porters. Not the experience I'm used to receiving at your dealership.

John wasn’t rude but he wasn’t very friendly either. Not so much as a single smile the whole interaction. Service team left trash in my truck with John’s name and some numbers on a pink slip and they didn’t even put a new window sticker for my next service date. Honestly this might have been my worse experience to date. Not to mention John told me it would be a 3 hour wait and I was sitting around waiting for almost 5 hours. Thankfully the shuttle was available.
