I arrived at 10:30 with an appointment for a simple oil change and did not receive my car until 2:47 pm I missed college for the day because of this delay. The advisor George was a complete garbage unprofessional my paperwork stated promised at 1:00 pm I received my car 1 hour and 47 minutes later. When asked about my vehicle I was lied to by George stating he was waiting on paper work but when I checked the service area my car was barely being lifted for the service at 1:30 PM what’s the point of making an appointment to wait this long you’d think your car is worked on when it arrives at its scheduled time. George has been the only and worst experience I’ve had at this dealer. Another service advisor overheard the issue and took over and showed the initiative for my situation while George blew me off giving my situation no attention. George is a little ****.

Only one thing that concern me was leaving the service dept. my air pressure tire light came on immediately and I turn right around and went back for them to adjust or calibrate it they said. It made me feel as if they did not check every area. If you check my service history I have kept up with every service due to my car from the beginning and I leave it up the the service dept. to let me know what my car needs. I have noticed every time I get service and leave my brake system always say it needs to be service. That makes me feel uncomfortable driving my car.

Sales and service people are great when I got my car back, there was sand and dirt on the drivers sideat, and greasy finger marks on the chrome piece by the hood. I know its not a Mercedez, but they cod be a little more careful. Neve had this happen before. I will still come back. Have bought 5 cars from this dealership, you're still the best!!!

The staff that I dealt with were exceptional. Louis Ramos was courteous and patient, as was Gary Ohnesorgen. Gary worked hard to resolve the issue that I came in for. He did this to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that the whole process took six hours. I am not sure what would have expedited the process, but a shorter wait would be appreciated.

Showed up early was still told they were super busy when they clearly were not. Was charged way to much to much for an inspection that told me I had a lose shield that was making noise. I asked them to look at the steering were the sounds was coming from. Came to pick up car attendant was chillin with her boyfriend and then gave us attitude. I will not be returning to norm reeves for any further business. ????
