The technician who worked on my vehicle did not reset the Oil life gage. It still reflected a 20% life left. When I asked Johnathan about the issue, he said “we” (assuming the Honda technician) needed to reset the system. Unfortunately, I could not rerun since I was already home. I asked Johnathan for the instructions to reset the system and did not hear back from him. I sent two messages to get this information and have yet to hear back from anyone.

I’ve brought my vehicle to you multiple times and this was the first bad experience I’ve had. I had a 1400 appointment but dropped it off at 1000.I used your shuttle service and was told I would be contacted once it was near finished to coordinate getting picked up. I was given a rough estimate of 3:00 for when my vehicle would be done. My vehicle was seen at 1:02 pm and I heard nothing about completion or getting picked up so I tried reaching Q several times then the service department for 30 minutes until I was called back by someone different and told I would be contacted shortly by someone about my vehicle. Then at 3:40 Q contacted me and asked if I needed to be picked up I said yes and they sent an uber. Overall horrible experience today I’ve used your shuttle service before and it’s been wonderful but today I feel like I was forgotten about and flippantly treated dismissively. I brought my vehicle in for two things. A tire rotation and to fix my underbody panel. And I was quoted almost 800 dollars for new ones since you are unable to secure it by any other means. I have no desire to do any service or maintenance at your dealership ever again after today.Thank you.
