Hannah was very short staffed that day and had many customers. One of the customers was being a not very nice person. I would use other language but I should keep it clean. The main point is Hannah was calm and professional the whole time. Two thmbs up.

The representative was very unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. I requested a driver to take me home while my car was being serviced, but he told me both drivers were at lunch and that I would have to wait. He didn’t offer an Uber or any alternative solution. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
