I am writing to express my concern regarding the service I recently received at Norm Reeves Toyota. I have brought my vehicle exclusively to your service department for several years, and during my last visit I was told the air filter cover was missing and asked if I knew about it missing. I explained that I never open my hood outside of scheduled maintenance, so I didn’t have any idea what would have happened to it, yet the response I received was simply that the car “came in without it” and would need to replace it. This response raises concerns about accountability and oversight within your service department. My concern was further heightened when, during the same visit, I observed another customer return after leaving to report missing center caps from her rims. Incidents like these reflect poorly on the level of care and attention customers should reasonably expect from a trusted service provider at a Toyota dealership.. Additionally, I have not received any follow-up regarding the replacement cover I was told I needed to order. I expect prompt confirmation of its status and assurance that my vehicle will be restored properly without further inconvenience. As a loyal customer, I ask that this matter be addressed quickly and that steps be taken to ensure greater care and accountability moving forward.

When l scheduled the service online the first reason l stated for bringing the car in was to have the CVT fluid level checked and corrected if required. It wasn't until l got there that l was informed they will only do that if you get the $300 flush. Also it seemed like everyone was scheduled for about the same 3 hours we were there. When we left at 2 PM the waiting room was almost empty.

I don’t trust them to do what they claimed they’ve done for instance they’re so-called hundred point inspection or whatever they call it. I found a couple things that were not taken care of cabin. Air filter was not changed. They said it was fluids are not topped off and they said they were. I’m looking at my radiator fluid right now and it’s slow First time I looked at it but it’s low. They did not top it off. I would find a reputable dealership to take your car to you for any kind of service because Norm Reeves talks a good game but they don’t practice what they preach.

One of the supplemental warranty packages was misrepresented by the finance rep. I don’t believe that it was intentionally done. They just misunderstood their product. They told me that the terms were per year for five years. But when I asked where was that wording in writing they couldn’t find it. It was only after talking to the company that services the warranty that they found out that the terms were not per year, but for the whole five year term. For example, the tire coverage was $1000 total for five years, but they told me that it would be $5000 for five years.
