When I got home, I was filing my receipt for the maintenance yesterday and found that I had purchased a sentinel services contract from Honda, which gave me free oil changes, and tire rotation. I’m wondering when my information was locked up for my maintenance service this wasn’t found. I don’t feel I should have paid the $72.60 yesterday since I did purchase this contract from Honda.

You guys are not being honest in doing your job. You should be ashamed of yourself. Just a simple tire rotation, on paper it was done, but obviously it wasn’t completed. It was a mistake choosing your store to buy car and get car service.
