Richard did a great job at keeping me updated, even when delivering delays he picked up the phone to make a call vs. just a text.
He also tried to get courtesy vehicle to drive me home, I was two miles out of the range driver said NO a little disappointed since I did have to leave my car for service a few days. Over all satisfied with service.

I waited a full week for a diagnosis and didn’t get one. Furthermore, I requested my car be done with no later than Tuesday and didn’t get that until Wednesday morning because no one reached out to contact about it being done.
