Jessica was honest and very helpful! Our situation was a bit unusual because the car was with our son in San Diego and we are in Los Angeles. She had it serviced without anyone actually being there in the service center. She was very good at her job and didn't take advantage of us. She followed through on everything promised!

2 out of 5 stars for service advisor Alex Almanzar. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t recommend to friends/family nor would I want to return. 1 star taken off for lack of promptness/efficiency. An oil change with an appointment shouldn’t take almost 2hrs! Definitely not the advertised “express service” & an unacceptable wait time for that service. I noticed my car was ready within about an hour (like previous times in the past), but Alex was on the phone. I asked another rep to help me but she only took me to Alex’s desk & I still had to wait for him to complete his phone call. Do these reps work on commission? That rep wasn’t busy so I didn’t understand why she couldn’t be more helpful. Another star taken off for not making me feel like a valued customer. At check-in, I had to wait at the table for Alex to help me, but he went elsewhere & had me wait for him even when I had an appointment. Worse, at checkout, I had to wait for Alex again to complete his first phone call. But while he was helping me checkout (printing out service paperwork), he took another phone call in front of me & had me sit & wait for him again to help that person while he hadn’t completed my checkout. He needs improvements in multitasking, time management, & dealing with customers. Finally, the last star taken off for inaccuracy in administrative work. I had an appointment, but my paperwork showed I had no appointment. Worse, I paid with cash & somehow after closing hours, got a text message from Alex telling me to pay online in full again. Not the customer service experience I’ve come to expect from Norm Reeves.

Rafael is Amazing! I had such a great experience with him that I was for sure going to write this review, and I completely forgot! My vehicle, definitely not a 2015 Mustang GT, did not want to turn on today. On my way to Norm Reeves Cerritos, I thought to myself “Man I hope The homie from last time helps me out. As I walked past his desk, I didn’t see him! “Damn, I thought. “He’s not there.” All I could think about was that he got fired because he didn’t get enough reviews, and I felt a little bad! Then out of nowhere,I see him. “Sh*t, I never wrote him the review!” And how blessed was I too have him help me again. I knew I was going to get great service, but I had to face him, he was going to remember me as the dude that didn’t leave him a review! But he didn’t, and then I felt hurt, but it went away because I’m still alive and I can keep my word. So To Rafael, great job and thank you for your excellent customer service, keep it up!
