I was quoted a price on the phone when scheduling appointment. I took notes of the conversation. The service rep that completed the service estimate was $100 more than what I was quoted. He said the quote did not include the air filters, but the woman who scheduled the appointment confirmed her price ($159) did include them. He also said the light bulbs were about $10 each and in stock. When I picked up my car Dominic said it was an led strip and costs about $117 and needed to be ordered. Installing would be free but I would need to come back. So I will end up spending over $200 dollars more than originally quoted and will need to come back a second time. I feel I was taken advantage of and will look elsewhere for future service needs.

I was satisfied with today's visit. There were no snacks or coffee available to customers in the waiting area,but Jennifer immediately offered to have me driven to a nearby market. She was most acomidating.
