Terrell was awesome! He went far out of the way to help me. I came in to get a replacement key fob and the computer stated that the missing key was in the car. He helped search my car and literally carried the contents of my CRV from the service bay to a parking spot. Where we could surmise what the problem was and worked diligently to solve it. He was so respectful and kind. He made a wonderful impression on me. He is truly a credit to your company. I will always think of your dealership for all of my needs. The technicians couldn’t solve my rattling problem on my Honda civic, even tho they heard the noise on the test drive they left it like that because he said he doesn’t know what he’s doing, He lied to Ivette Rodriguez and said that the noise is gone but it’s not. I have all the dashboard cam records and proofs. I spent two days in a row and couldn’t receive a solution.
I’ll be contacting Honda USA and show the result that I received with proofs.
That was my last time in that branch. Im not gonna visit Honda NR HB again.
