My bumper is not fit the same as when i came in. I’ve already come in twice to get the headlight and recall done. First time, headlight wasn’t ordered. This time, it’s that the recall parts weren’t in. I’m not happy at all

The main issue was that I did not feel safe while waiting for my vehicle. In total, I saw five (5) Honda employees that were either working on vehicles or that were entering the main office without a face mask or facial covering. There were also two customers that were coughing, they were not wearing a mask and nobody from Norm Reeves Honda told them anything. I decided to walk around the lot during my wait because I did not feel that I would be safe in any of the waiting areas. Also, I received an email offer for $10 off an oil change, but the Honda rep that charged me told me that I couldn't use that offer on my vehicle. Why was I descriminated for owning a Pilot? Why did I receive that offer if I wasn't going to be able to use it? Honestly, I don't know if I'll be going back to this Honda service center. I was and I still am very disappointed.
