Matthew Garrett was polite, and highly professional as he addressed all my concerns about the recall notice I received as well as why I couldn't have my oil or tires rotated while I was available at the Dealership. Ans: My wife's 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid touring only has 0/a 3400 miles clocked on the odometer since time of purchase. I'd rate Matthew a sting 10!!
