I was pleased with the service, but you serviced my car by rotating my tires, and the hubcaps weren’t put back on correctly, and continued to squeak! I had to have someone fix them, but otherwise I was very pleased! I’m not complaining, just allowing you understanding for the future.

Everything was fine until I went to get into my car. The floor mat on the driver’s side had the imprint of someone’s work boot and was wet and dirty. I showed it to Ihor, the individual that did the paperwork. He suggested getting it washed, but I had made plans with my daughter. It is a minor part of the service, but very disappointing.
