First visit at Norm Reeves, my comment for today was I didn’t receive a text message that my vehicle was ready for pick up. It was explained that it went to my email and my credit card payment did not process so I had to send a screen shot from my bank account to representative. Not sure why there were glitches in the system. I wish I was able to come in, make my payment and walk away time was not spent well at service center.

Omar and his team were very helpful. Omar not only kept me posted on the status of my vehicle through voicemail, but also let me know of any coupons/discounts/promotions that can be applied AND helped arrange a late pick-up for the following day since I didn't want to rush at the end of my workday to pick up my car. This kind of customer service is well appreciated! Nikita from the inception (taking my call for an appointment) to Mark and Mitch who helped me retrieve my vehicle are all stellar employees as well. Mitch noticed that there was a potential issue with the radio/rear-view camera and notified his team to reset it in my car - this was really helpful because it saved me another trip to the maintenance center. The B12 service along with the part replacement all went well - I haven't seen any maintenance lights light up since retrieving my vehicle. Thanks Norm Reeves Honda team for going above and beyond!
