Norm Reeves Honda has always made me feel that I come first. The service department and Benito has always assured me and has been there to help with my car maintenance and with any issues. He is a AAA advisor for the service department an in my opinion as well. GREAT JOB!!!

She is very informative and takes her time to explain in detail everything being done with each service. I didn’t feel pressured/ rushed or forced to add on services or pay for something that is not necessary. She was very sweet and honest which I love in a customer service person. I know it’s not her fault because you guys seemed short handed but I had to wait 30 mins in my vehicle to get checked in which he me waiting at the dealer for a total of 2 hrs. I wish the wait time would be decreased. That is on of the reasons I dislike bringing my car in, because of the long wait.

I was told car batteries just die and no warning like a light bulb. I beg to differ. I’m sure if it was tested in December when I was there you could of seen it was getting bad if it was tested. And my mysterious noise is still there.

My experience with Hyundai was frustrating. I got the repairs that I needed done when I brought it in, but my car was also damaged while at the shop. That damage led to two doors needing to be completely replaced. Hyundai took care of it, but what really made me angry is that no one told me anything. I paid for the services and then saw that my car was damaged. So, they were going to send me away without anyone ever telling me about the damaged that happened at the shop. Take my payment and let me go on my way. The explanation I got was that the damage was “on the passenger side, and we don’t often look at that side.” I can understand that accidents happen, but please, that reasoning will not suffice when there is that much damage. I was hoping that Hyundai would provide some type of refund for the services and I got $250. That didn’t settle well. To top it off, I had problems with the same issues that were repaired on the car 2 weeks later. When I brought the car in again, I was told that these were new issues that were not missed in the inspection, they just came up 2 weeks later. That felt very strange to me. Thankfully, one part was covered under warranty, otherwise that would have been another $1000. When I got my car for the second time, there was another part, near the truck that was sticking out. To me, that was damage that happened again, on site. But, when I talked with the staff about this, I was told that this was damaged they noted and documented before they repaired it again. I don’t remember that. But even if it was true, all the staff member had to do was “push it back in.” If it was that easy, why didn’t you just take care of that before bringing it back out? I just wish the employees and managers were more aware of what was going on. I can’t list all the things that were told to me about why they didn’t know that my doors were damaged. The most frustrating one was, “it’s a big lot and we don’t have cameras that see the whole lot.” Please, just take responsibility in your words and not just your actions, by fixing the problem for me. This all was just way more of a hassle than in needed to be. Please check your cars out before paying and leaving the lot.

Very disappointed, not will tech service but rep svc. I was mislead to believe there would be no cost incurred. I was only asked to sign the service agreement. I was not told there would be a cost incurred to plug 1 tire, and took an hour to complete. Was not made aware, by the Svc Rep, there would be a cost until vehicle was complete. Vehicle had the original manufacture tires and should be covered under the warranty. Regardless, the cost incurred must be communicated and agreed upon prior to any work order. It's bad business to assume or place blame on the customer, unacceptable business practice. Unfortunate for your dealership to represent Huntington Beach as a community when taking advantage to its neighbors during a pandemic of disproportionate circumstances. So unless a service manager is will you take a moment from they're busy day it behaves you too respond. I/my neighbors will not be doing business with you in the future.
