You took advantage of a teenager who came to get an oil change and ended up with a $200 bill for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid change. When I set up the appointment you asked if there were any service codes and I mentioned the brake fluid code which I understood you would look at NOT take action on. I did not authorize these items and it is very unprofessional for you to have preyed on my son. You did not call me Very dissatisfied and disappointed Ronald A

I came in for a simple diagnostic test to find out why the light for the air bag came on. They fixed the problem and I picked up my car went back to work and could not get my key out of the ignition. I never had this problem before so I went back to the dealer and I was very upset, first of all I was on my lunch break. I asked Cheyne what happened, did they do something to break the shifter. Your staff along with your Supervisor Rochelle tried to tell me that " these things happen" this is a bunch of BS. My car was fine,never had a problem with the shift or the key getting stuck. Cheyne tried to tell me that it was all the wear and tear, another BS. I had to leave my car again, was late coming back to my work. Then I get call that it was not the stick shift that it was the **** mechanism and that the part alone was $285,but wait the labor was $300.00. So total it would cost $700.00 and all I came in was for them to replace a spring coil that was still under warranty, so I didn't have to pay for anything. I felt because I didn't have to pay that somehow I was going to be forced to pay for something. I was very disappointed with the service I received and the lies I was told. They were able to fix the shift by the mechanic cleaning the inside cause some gunk or sticky stuff had fallen in, so now the gear was able to go to park position and the key no longer got stuck. Then Cheyne has the audacity to say the mechanic put in a lot of hours and was not getting paid. This was not my fault.I came for a simple diagnostic test and they end up messing up my shift, how was I to drive my car home and not be able to take the key out. This will be the last time I bring my car to Cerritos Hyundai!! They just try to get you to pay for service you may not need.
