I believed Norm Reeves Honda was better care my car than other places.
When I arrived the store I waited 30 min to speak any supervisor for service registration. This is extremely long time for any other car servicer dealership.
Normally I get oil change service jiffy lube. I like Jiffy lube service by the way.
Same price for oil change service and fast service and Jiffy lube has multi point inspection service with free break pads check and free tire rotation.
How Honda Mega Store does not provide such a small service like tire rotation and break pads check?
I will not prefer your car service. This is my first and last time.
Thank you for providing ungenerous service.

They are very friendly and have a clear process for check in. Once inside, I was able to wait indoors, and I'm glad we were all spaced out and had somewhere to sit. My wait time in the middle of the day Saturday was just over an hr, which I thought was really good!! Mark was very professional & helpful too!

I brought my car in for an exhaust rattle. They sent me home without any acknowledgement of the possible solutions. Estrella occurred on led in the dealership. I insisted mechanic go for a ride w me. He started with questioning my problem with the rattle. I made the rattle happen approx 8 times, the one they couldn’t find. Did the same thing w manager (a drive to Teri dice the sound). Mark was nice so was the manager Kevin. However, I’m now having to go back Tuesday for the shop foreman to verify problem. I’m feeling rather put off and not properly served.

Brandon was great as well as the team in the service department. They all pitched in to help! My car is running smoothly now without all the “noises”. Finally after about 3 years of me indicating and mentioning this issue , it’s fixed. Just disappointed that it took YOU all 3years to figure it out. I know my car and how it should feel after a service. It feels and drives Awesomely now!! Thank you.
Please look at the history of maintanance and comments I’ve made throughout the years (that seemed to go un noticed or your service department couldn’t find) but I knew. Just felt I was not taken seriously for the 3 years and was made to feel stupid and crazy for complaining when I was right all along. So WHY DID IT TAKE YOU ALL 3 YEARS to figure it out? Perhaps it’s because I keep my car forever. That’s why I LOVE MY HONDA! So THANK YOU for finally fixing it back to perfection. Now I just need to fix the interior torn leather seats, door rest and such. I plan to purchase another HONDA in about 2 years. Thank you again. Miko Sanchez

RAYMOND WAS GREAT.
Just had concern about the young man that worked outside that let them know you were there and moved cars as he seem not so friendly probably to do with him not feeling well. He had a cough he was trying to hide it and kept clearing his throat. Concern for him due to virus and getting in my car and others. Also after waiting about 30 mins RAYMOND notice me still waiting and ran to get my car and apologize that I was still waiting . I was glad that happen so the other young man who was sick didn't get in my car rt before return to me. :) sorry not one to complain but covid kills and any signs of one being sick shld not be working. As for Raymond he is great.
